West of the Conurbano based team Club Deportivo Morón and its manager, Salvador Pasini, are bidding their chances not only to slate the sheet clean off of last season’s relegation to Primera C chances, but also to be a serious contender as well in the Primera B Transitional six-month tournament until December. Towards that end, through this weekend, the team has incorporated three signings.
All three players come from also-west based club Estudiantes de Caseros, in the same category that has suffered a bleeding in its roster as well as Moron’s (dropped fifteen players from their first team after the last season).
The most important to be mentioned is the incorporation of savvy striker Cristian Yassogna (on the featured image), who first played professional football on Tigre’s youth teams, to play afterwards for Defensores de Belgrano, Brown de Adrogué and Estudiantes de Caseros. Yassogna is 29 years old, and was born in Rosario, Santa Fé.
With him, come as well Nicolás Gásperi, a 31 year old defender, who previously played for Puerto Nuevo, Brown de Adrogué, San Telmo, Luján and Estudiantes (Caseros), as well as Gastón “Tato” Montero, 28 years old, left defender originally from the youth teams of Vélez Sarsfield, that has played for Gimnasia (Jujuy), San Martín (San Juan), Los Andes, San Martín (Tucumán), Platense and Estudiantes de Caseros.
Deportivo Morón is, as well, on the process of bringing back former goalie Sebastián Peratta, after spells in Newell’s Old Boys and Vélez Sarsfield, amongst other clubs, in order to stand a chance for the promotion on December, though the deal has not been signed on yet.
