Javier Carrasco, from Lanús, signs on for Platense.
The player, who has been in the fringe in Lanús since his 2011, signs on for Platense’s bid for promotion.
Carrasco has emerged from the Lanus youth teams in 2009, yet has failed to consolidate in the the granates first team, having been loaned to Tigre in 2011 and having played for the Lanús reserves for quite some time now.
Carrasco comes as Mendez’s newest bid on the verge of the closing of the transfer market in August 13th, after the signing of players like Emiliano Gianunzio, Juan Manuel Caspary, Agustin Cattaneo, Pablo Bueno, and Cristian “Chicha” Tavio amongst others.
