Today, right midfielder Mariano Puch will sign his contract and become a new signing for Atlanta, the second after Emiliano Bonfigli.
His signing comes at Mayor’s request for “outside” midfielders (both left and right), as well as a goalkeeper and a striker, provided the team’s structure remains the same for the next tournament for Atlanta.
Puch, 23 years old, played last season for Pilar’s based team Fénix, acomplishing great performances and reaching the promotion playoffs but ended up losing to promotion winners Temperley. On this last season, Puch played 36 games and scored 6 goals for the Pilar side through the whole season, playing starter most of it. He also played previously for Libertad’s side Flandria.
