The former Flandria and Atlanta man signs as a new reinforcement for the Caseros team.
Hernan Lópes, a 23 year old defender from the ranks of the Lanús youth team, has signed on to be the newest Estudiantes Buenos Aires reinforcement.
Lopes plays as a central defender or sweeper, and has played only for Lanús, Atlanta and Flandria, and in all three has played along with former Lanús teammate Matías Valdez. Estudiantes de Caseros will be the first experience away from his teammate. Lopes was promoted to the Nacional B tournament with Atlanta, albeit on the fringe as he had been a third choice selection for the tournament, whilst he gradually earned his starting place with manager Sergio Rondina in the 2012 season at the Villa Crespo team.
Lopes comes as the latest signing from the Pincha team after goalkeeper Raúl Olivares Gálvez and after the release of the entire roster after the former chairman’s Isla Casares loss at the elections.
