Burruchaga’s former Assistant Manager takes over at Deportivo Armenio.
There has been little time to decide the next candidate for the bench at Deportivo Armenio after the resignation of Federico Domínguez, as Luciano and Noray Nakis have taken a fast decision concerning the fate of Deportivo Armenio, and they have gone ahead and hired Pulciano Aquino, the long standing Jorge Burruchaga assistant manager.
This is Aquino’s first venture into management, though he had been linked with similar positions in the past (such as in Arsenal de Sarandí). Aquino had been Burruchaga’s assistant manager in clubs such as Libertad (Paraguay), Arsenal (Primera División), Atlético Rafaela (Primera División) and Colón (Primera División), amongst others.
Burruchaga and Aquino had met while playing in the past for the Arsenal youth teams.
