The favoured manager resigned after a meager campaign.
After three games without winning- one draw, two defeats, the last one being against Defensores de Belgrano, manager Salvador Daniele handed in his resignation to the club chairman Claudio “Chiqui” Tapia.
The decision was made so by Daniele and communicated with the purpose of decompressing the situation by allowing “a breath of fresh air” to come in after switching managers. Through his period in Barracas Central, Daniele managed a total of 72 games, with 39 victories, 27 draws and 16 games lost (with a 54% average of games won).
There has been no indication of who the new manager will be, though there have been rumors linking newly resigned Sebastián Méndez to the position in question. Barracas Central currently lies at the sixth position in the general table.
