Rodrigo “el rengo” Díaz, known player to all ascenso lovers in Argentina due to his career in Primera División as well as his fame for having played with his brother Román in the club both were fans of (Almirante Brown) has crossed over to arch rivals Deportivo Morón after the end of his contract with la Fragata.
Diaz, now 34 years, has played for 16 years now in clubs such as Lanús (Primera División), Toluca (Mexico), Independiente (Primera División), Argentinos Juniors (Primera División), Huracán (Primera División), Independiente Rivadavia (Nacional B), Almirante Brown (Primera B) and Deportes Iquique (Chile).
El Rengo is Morón’s fifth signing after Angellotti, Minici, Milton Alvarez and Juan Ferreyra, as well as a new manager: Walter Otta.
